Flickstree App Addendum

This "Flickstree App Addendum" is a part of flickstree's Terms of Service and governs your use of Flickstree's owned-and-operated applications (collectively, the "Apps") for third-party platforms such as iOS and Android, including our Flickstree and Cameo apps.

  • License: Subject to your compliance with its Terms of Service, Flickstree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps.
  • Privacy: We may collect, use, and transfer information concerning your use of the Apps as set forth in our Privacy Policy.You may choose to allow us to access certain data on your device (such as your camera roll) or to enable certain features like location services. We may allow you to limit the collection of certain data within the App’s privacy settings.
  • In-app Purchase: We may allow you to purchase items or subscriptions within Apps. When you make such purchases, you will be billed by the app platform, not us. To turn off automatic renewal for subscriptions, access your platform’s account settings. Any billing inquiries should be directed to the app platform.Users in India who purchase the 'One Time Plan' for the VideoTone app will continue to enjoy no ads on their Google Playstore account for five years, starting from the date of purchase. Kindly note: Flickstree is free to extend or reduce the access period, beyond the stated number of years.
  • Updates: We may update Apps from time to time to add new features and/or correct bugs. You shall ensure that you are using the most recent version of the App that is compatible with your device. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the most recent version of the App on your device.
  • Apple: With respect to our Apps for iOS or tvOS only, Apple, Inc. ("Apple") shall be deemed an intended third party beneficiary of this Flickstree App Addendum, and Flickstree, not Apple, shall be responsible for fulfilling all obligations relating to the operation of our Apps for iOS or tvOS except for any obligations arising from Apple’s contracts with you.
  • SMS and Call log permissions: VideoTone app includes a feature for sending SMS messages. However, it is important to note that we are not the default SMS handler for this function. SMS messages are sent using the phone's default SMS handler, and we do not request permission to read or modify SMS data. Regarding the Call Logs permission, VideoTone app only requests access to Call Logs when the user sets it as the default phone handler. After handling phone calls, we write the call information to the Call Logs to ensure proper record-keeping. We do not request Call Logs permission unless the app is the default phone handler.
  • Disclosure of Data access, collection, use, and sharing: For VideoTone App: VideoTone App collects the 'Contacts information' of users to enable the caller ID feature, which will be displayed on the phone screen whenever the user gets a call from an unknown number (a contact number not saved in the user's phone book).
  • Request for User Data Deletion: VideoTone is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is protected. We collect and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to offer you a seamless experience while using our app.If, for any reason, you decide that you no longer wish for VideoTone to hold your personal data, you have the right to request its deletion.

    To initiate the process for data deletion, please take the following steps:

  • Send an email to our support team at support@flickstree.com.
  • Include the subject line "Request for User Data Deletion".
  • Provide relevant information to help us identify your account, such as your registered email address or username.

    • Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge receipt and begin the process to verify and delete your data. Please note that this process may take some time, and you will be notified once the data deletion is complete.By making this request, you understand that deletion of your data may result in loss of access to specific features and services provided by VideoTone.
